Workers Compensation Search

A search of state Workers’ Compensation Records provides information regarding an employee’s past work-related injuries which resulted in a workers’ compensation claim. The search is not permitted or available in all states, and it requires anywhere from no paperwork to an official state form, signed and notarized in the states where it is available. This search is only performed post-job offer, as per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
